Prof. Dr. Pero Mićić, FutureManagementGroup AG

Pero Mićić is internationally recognized as a leading expert in future management. He is the founder and CEO of the FutureManagementGroup AG and Professor of Foresight and Strategy at the Steinbeis University in Berlin. Prof. Dr. Pero Mićić advises the management teams and future experts of large corporations and leading medium-sized companies on future markets and future strategies and their realization. He studied economics and future studies in Germany and the USA and earned his PhD in the UK on „Phenomenology of future management in top management teams”.

During his work in 2019 as a consultant in the field of law firm management, he was responsible for the introduction of a solution for digital invoice dispatch. As well as his ongoing consulting on increasing efficiency in the law firm’s workflow, other projects followed in the areas of automated communications between the law firm and financial management.

Moritz Adam, Kern Microtechnik GmbH

Moritz Adam is the product manager at Kern Microtechnik GmbH, a successful medium-sized mechanical engineering company in Upper Bavaria, and is responsible for the area of CNC milling machines.
